Our fictitious “Society of the Asylum for Destitute Sailors” represents our collection of Victorian characters and a great deal of Holiday fun! Pick from our available options to customize Your Own Event OR Select from one of Our Event Packages to invite the Society to bring festive cheer to any occasion. Whether raising spirits with our carols or bringing Good Will (and laughs) to all through our shows, our performers will make every day feel like the Twelve Days of Christmas!

“A Christmas Carol”

(in 30 minutes or less)

The Society Holiday Players present the Works of Charles Dickens, whose new story, “A Christmas Carol”, has all of London abuzz! After some quick editing and (even quicker rehearsal), we submit their Humble Production for your approval!

“The Nutcracker”

(also in 30 minutes or less)

The Society Holiday Players take a crack at adapting one of the most famous ballets of their (and all) time! A holiday classic with a spin, audiences will be treated to a magical story full of whimsy, sword-fighting, and the best dancing we can manage.

Caroling

The Society always have their songbooks at the ready to keep Holiday Spirits bright! With over 60 carols in their collection, they are prepared to bring seasonal cheer to those who hear them, whether they are fans of beloved classics or modern favorites.

Father Christmas

A man dressed as Santa has his hand on a mailbox labeled "Letters to Santa". There is milk and a cookie inside of the mailbox. Santa has a pleasantly surprised expression on his face as he looks at the camera

The Society is used getting what it wants from its list, so Father Christmas (and his American Cousin, Santa) are always on call. Whether it is to find out what children want in their stockings or for story time, these Jolly Old Elves will bring:

“A Merry Christmas to all, and to all a Good Night!”
